The dark night of the soul

There comes a time of despair in most human lives.

A time when all seems lost, useless, impossible to bear any longer.

It feels as if everyone else is fine and that I alone experience this nightmare.

The dark night of the soul as it is known.

A time to surrender or fight.

Some do, some don't.

This night can last many weeks or months.

It does not leave you alone, all seems lost.

If you fight then there is the chance to be born again.

Fight means letting go of our fears opening our hearts.

Freeing ourselves from illusion.

Being born again into the light if you will.

The only help one can give is that the answers are all inside us.

Running away does not help.
Denial does not help.
Anger does nothing.
No bottle, no drugs, no abuse.
Just fighting for our sanity, letting go.

Quiet the mind - the answer is never in the mind.

The answer is in our hearts.

Connecting with our souls, yes we all have one.

The fight is to understand our fears.

To learn why we are really here.

To free ourselves from the tyranny of illusion.

To create the lives we truly yearn for.

Tribalism

Arguably one of the greatest impediments to global harmony is tribalism.

By this we mean all those divisions that divide us, I have tattoos you do not, I'm French you are English, you are young I'm older, I'm a member of this you are not, I'm black you are white, I'm Muslim you are Christian and so on.

Our brains are reductionist in that we are trained to compare everything in relation to what we know, thereby creating distance between ourselves and whatever we encounter.

Our next step of evolution is not possible until we consciously start to break down these divisions.

Unfortunately politicians and leaders love to play the division game.

The media also love division as it helps them to promote their products.

Make it your work to remove these divisions in your own life.

Notice similarities not differences.

Grow beyond tribalism.

Nice days

A nice day is when you feel good inside and nothing worries you.

So have a nice day, it's your choice.

It's getting lighter every day.

The cold is not going to last so long now.

The grey days will soon be a thing of the past.

Let go of worries they never work out as you imagine anyway.

Smile at people today it's fun watching them wonder why you smile at them.

Do something nice for someone, maybe then they will do something nice for someone else.

Who knows what you can start with your nice day?

In fact chose to have more nice days.

Make 2006 a year of nice days!

Whinging

It's not my fault.
They should do something about it.
No one listens to me.
Why doesn't anybody speak to me?

I keep having accidents.
My health is no good.
I keep getting colds.
I am tired all the time.

He cheated me.
I was robbed.
My boss is unfair.
I was mugged.

Someone stole my things.
I lost my job.
I don't know what to do.
It's no use.

My wife left me.
My boyfriend is unfair.
It's no use.
I am not good enough.

Yes, yes, yes and when will the penny drop that it is you?

There is no mystic force of evil out to harm you, just your karma saying wake up.

You determine what happens to you no one else.

Stop whinging and sort yourself out.

See reality for what it is not your self-pitying stories about this 'n that.

The problem is in you not out there.

Find the courage to live in reality, find the truth.

Women and men

Men often chose violence be it physical or emotional.

Women often chose compromise.

Men scowl.

Women smile.

Men often have problems showing emotion.

Women often live in their emotions.

What a splendid idea that men and women might actually compliment each other.

What a shame so many abuse this possibility through fear, greed and misunderstanding.

Try learning from each other it is so much more agreeable.

Have the courage to be open with each other.

May women and men learn to love each other.

Attitude

When we say someone has attitude we usually mean he or she is not very nice.

Selfish, loud, arrogant, pushy you get the picture.

Ever thought of adding the idea of evil to the above?

Evil some would say is too harsh.

Is it?

Evil is as evil does, evil is all of those things.

Evil is the ultimate in self-centeredness.

Evil is not a word often used in these American politically correct times.

Maybe we should see things for what they are and call them what they are.

If you label things correctly then there is less chance that you will make mistakes.

Call evil as it is, attitude is just evil under a softer name.

Tarot or is it taros?

There are two taros - the wheel perfectly esoteric which is taros and the Western tarot -

Kabalistical, remodelled by Shemites, a branch so much younger than the Aryans and even the Hamites.

The latter taro (tarot) is to be read from right to left like Arabic and Hebrew writing.

The former primitive taros "wheel" is in cuneiform characters and astrological signs.

One of the oldest taros in the world is made on a kind of tolla leaves of some chemically prepared and indestructible material which makes them look like burnished metal.

The real tarot in its complete symbology, can be found only in the Babylonian cylinders, that can be seen in the British Museum.

Anyone can see these Chaldean antediluvian rhombs, or revolving cylinders, covered with sacred signs, but the secrets of these divining wheels are not known today and will remain unknown for some time to come.

Only in India and maybe still in Tibet is there any knowledge of taros.

Many in the West claim knowledge of tarot however few have true understanding.

Be wary of those claiming knowledge in this area.

Pace of change

Since the last full eclipse of the sun the vibration rate has increased on this planet.

This is the rate at which we experience time and life.

This rate of change is continuing to increase and is why we find everything going faster and faster.

It is nature's way of obliging us to adapt to change.

This applies to all, individuals, companies, societies, countries all of us.

If we do not change then we are broken.

Notice how when you resist change it keeps on coming back at you.

As we said observe how this applies to individuals, companies, societies, countries all of us.

There is no hiding.

Word to the wise learn to accept and embrace change.

Nature, God whatever name you wish to use has it's affairs to run.

You have yours.

I have mine.

Anytime I come into yours I am out of mine.

Anytime I go into Nature’s I am out of mine.

In truth I can only ever be responsible for mine.

Anytime we go into someone else's affairs we create problems.

So stop making problems for yourself.
