Sex and spirituality

Sounds like a conflict and it is the two don't mix.

Sex is sex or simple animal passion if you will.

Spirituality is beyond the animal into the realm of spirit.

So what to do?

If you are at that point in life where sex is important then enjoy life, but understand that there is no free experience.

When we have sex we mix energies with that other person so be aware of this and be selective with your partners.

As and when you want to evolve and this becomes more important than sex then understand that the sexual urge does not disappear immediately, we just learn to place it in the context of something more important, our consciousness evolution.

When you feel the desire for sex then look at the potential partner as a total being and not just as a sex object, usually when you do this you will feel that you do not need or want to pay the price in terms of effort or involvement with this person.

You will not feel comfortable with moving beyond sex unless you are clear about how to evolve spiritually so make sure you understand what this entails and how to move ahead otherwise the sexual urge will prevail.

Note well that there is nothing wrong with having sexual relations with your life partner.

Sex is only a problem when it is the main preocupation in your life.

As you experience vertical growth so the sexual urge quite naturally becomes less and less important.

Your focus in life has shifted, moved on if you will.
