In other words something very uncomfortable.
Many times we are tempted to throw ourselves down the road too.
Not in a literal sense but in a figurative sense.
Do not, the time and pain are not worth it.
Do something very active sport, whatever will take your mind off the situation.
Take a shower, let it go.
Sleep on it one night.
Buy time.
Do not put yourself down the road
