Partner care
Those of us with partners experience disharmony from time to time.
Some explode, some sulk, some cry, some even run away.
Whatever the issue there is something wrong.
Usually talk will not help at such a time of tension.
However to be there is usually helpful if not easy.
Notice how when one partner has a problem often the other is in a calmer state.
Indeed can observe the anger or violence.
Be smart let your partner's emotion pass.
Then find the correct time to talk about the cause if this is clear to you.
Spend some thought to ask yourself what is really being said here?
What is not being said?
How can we remove ego and find something helpful?
Am I missing something?
Are we able to join each other in reality?
Am I making enough effort?
