Oscillating patterns

Many of us have them.

An oscillating pattern is where one smokes, quits and then starts smoking again.

Same for dieting or drinking or whatever your vice of choice.

No way to break an oscillating pattern by using force.

Only way is by accepting a higher hierarchy


Decide that having good health for the rest of your life is more important than smoking.

With this approach you have a chance because you are not giving up smoking you are choosing good health, a higher hierarchy if you will.

The key is the higher hierarchy.

For sure you also have to have will power.
