Bad flu, food poisoning
Pain of loss
Broken this or that
The pain of not knowing
And yet all can lead to peace of mind
It depends on how we understand
What we learn from each pain
Try regarding pain as a lesson
Accept that there are no accidents
That pain has more than one dimension
Determine to become wiser from the experience
Use pain to grow
Do not see pain as being only a negative experience
Pain exists to protect us
Pain exists to teach us
Use pain, learn from pain
Pain is a natural part of life
