Is still the best way to feel better

It is difficult to grumble when you are smiling

Difficult to hold anger

So why don't we smile more?

Have you forgotten?

Lost the habit

Or is it fear

Of someone taking advantage

Misunderstanding

Attracting attention

Whatever you told yourself smiling is still so important

It is a great protection

It breaks tension

It creates warmth

It puts people at ease

So many advantages

Time to smile more

Smile every thirty five minutes

Why 35?

Because it will stay in your memory better than 30

Smile more today it feels good and literally improves your energy reserves.
