Flu jabs again

Don’t have flu jabs

They do not work

Despite large advertising campaigns

Involvement by governments

Pressure from doctors and others

They do not work

Flu mutates quickly and few flu jabs manage to protect you from the latest flu going around

They are a great product though and make a lot of money for their manufacturers

The beauty of these jabs for those promoting them is that if you do not get flu then they worked didn’t they?

And if you did get flu then it was another strain of flu, sorry about that

So what to do?

Try to junk all the pills and potions you are taking

Cod liver oil is fine

So is trusting yourself to eat what you want and your body needs

The best defence is a strong immune system

And how do you get one of those?

Regular Exercise

Avoid sharing drinking and eating utensils with people who are sick.

Wash your hands before eating, it really does help keep germs away.

Eat ample amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Oranges, tomatoes and broccoli are good choices.

Drink plenty of water. Herbal teas and diluted fruit juices are good options for increasing your water intake.

Get enough sleep. Most people need at least 7 to 8 hours a night for optimal performance

Keep learning to let go of stress, you are trying aren't you?

Learning to see beauty around you, yes wherever you are

Developing a positive attitude to life

Being less and less worried about life by putting the everything into a new more positive perspective that tries to stay in this moment now

One that sees life as process and even having flu as being a positive time to learn more about yourself

Flu stops us for a day or two, giving us time to look at what we are doing

Flu is just one more natural pain thing that comes to most of us

Pills and hiding behind the curtains will not only cost money and add stress it does not work

So for those who want to grow as individuals having flu is just another experience to look at differently
.
But those jabs, what for?
