So many people get into narrow routines
Seems easier than troubling to do other new things
New things need some sort of effort
Need to be organised
Checked out
Easier to stay with what we know
In fact watching TV and DVDs drinking and eating are fine
Bit of shopping maybe a movie once in a while
Pub too sometimes, holiday once or twice a year
And so it goes on year after year sliding by
For most having children changes things as modern children do so many different things and need to be taken here and there all the time
And inside yourself what are you thinking?
What goes on in your life apart from various routines?
What interests do you have?

Or did they leave you sometime ago unnoticed?

You might not take physical exercise as you should however you do accept that it is good for you

Why do you imagine that it is any different for your mind?

That needs exercise too
.
So look at your interests and give yourself a work out and find some new ones
