Good and bad

Without this idea the Church would collapse
.
Nothing to hold it up if the two opposites were seen to be one
.
Just two aspects of the one
.
As would many other separations that we seldom pay a thought to
.
Think about it
.
The grass is good, weeds are bad
.
Hawk is bad, dove is good
.
The bees are good, the locusts bad. 
.
The sheep are good, the wolves bad. 
.
The devil is bad, God is good
.
Excuse me how can a devil exist when God is all powerful and all seeing?
.
An invention of the Church in it's early days
.
An early method of control
.
Instilling fear
.
And who has the keys?
.
Keys to free us from the imaginary hells all around us
.
Why the Church people do or so they pretend
.
Just do as I say and you will be OK
.
Then along comes confession
.
Tell me all about your sins my son
.
I will free you
.
Just put your money in the box
.
Otherwise eternal damnation!
.
Is there a way out?
.
No sweat just give me lots more money and I will absolve you
.
How much more infantile rubbish did we buy?
.
No not did, many still believe in these self serving stories
.
Stories to prop up the business of Church
.
One of the worlds most successful business models, ever
.
Good and bad
.
Just pay attention to what you have been told
.
And consider do I really believe this stuff?
.
You just might find that you do not
.
And this is just the Catholic Church there are over 356 other Christian Churches all pedalling their own distinct messages
.
Messages all claiming to be the only true one
.
This by definition means that the others are not the only true one
.
Can they all be lying then?
.
And yet still people believe, or in truth have not thought much about it
.
Add in all the other world religions
.
And the cause of so much killing on this planet in the name of this or that religion is exposed as an evil that we should grow beyond and get rid of
.
Yet like any other special interest group religion in all it's guises hangs on
.
Adjusting it's messages to fit the times
.
So yes there are good and bad
.
Religion and things done in the name of religion have done more harm to more people than any other cause in history

.
How can this be good?
.
Can religion bring peace to planet Earth?
.

The evidence says no, history says no.
.
Better no church
.
No religion
.
Just you and whatever you prefer to believe.
.
The truth isn't such a bad idea
.
Because there can be no religion higher than truth
.
Think about it how can any religion be higher than truth?
.
So start searching out the truth for yourself
