Never look back unless you are planning to go that way.

Too often in life people insist on looking back.

Their thoughts anchored in the past.

No good comes of this.

What has gone has gone.

Look forward to the future.

And live in the present.

A present which is different today than it was when you were young.

Time has changed our experience of each day, it is shorter.

It takes all our energy to keep up with the things we have to do each day.

For this if for no other reason focus on the here and now.

Only look back to learn.

Apart from this why would you look back?

Why live in the past looking back?

If only I had done this or that.

If I had not said this or that.
.
If only she had this or that.

Well they didn't and neither did you.

So let it go.

Move into the future, focus your eyes and thoughts on what you want to move towards.

Besides people who live in the past become very boring.

Boring to themselves and their friends.
.
Apart from which your energy instead of being here and now is elsewhere.

We need our energy here in the present with us.

Let the past go it has gone.
