Just love those processed foods



Processed foods often contain refined sugar, extra salt, and other flavour enhancers.

Not only are these potentially unhealthy, but they dull your taste buds to natural flavors.

The result? 





A need to eat more processed foods to get the taste you want.

And then finding that natural foods that don't taste as good as they should.

In the US more than a quarter of adults were obese in 2010 with Europe not far behind.

26 per cent of both sexes were in 2011.

In total, 68 per cent of men and 58 per cent of women were overweight or obese.
.
The prevalence of obesity increased from 13 per cent in 1993 to 26 per cent in 2011 among men, and from 16 per cent to 26 per cent among women. 
.
While the rate of increase in obesity was slower in the second half of the period.
.
In 2011 obesity was at its highest level since the time measurement series began in 1993.
.
And in men the 2011 level was also significantly higher than in the period between 2000 and 2005.
