Most of us are tired.
Modern life does not let up much.
Try to cat nap, learn to snooze.
Try to stop thoughts circling around in your mind.
Push the heavy ones away and bring pleasant ones in.
Go to bed early one or two nights a week.
Live in this moment now, stay in it.
Tired is as we let it be.
If we find life positive we feel less tired.
So find the positive in your life.
