Fear in thoughts
Invariably our fear is pushed along, exacerbated by attaching to a thought.
We let our thoughts have power by allowing them to frighten us.
Then we act on that thought and create more fear, more stress.
And so a little thought turns into a mega problem.
It can literally ruin our lives.
Look at this in a different way take the thought as a warning, a signal that something is wrong with your understanding of reality.
Challenge and check every thought that gets a grip on you.
Check that your view of reality is true, objective.
Do not let your thoughts ruin your life.
Become the master of your self.
Master your thoughts if you will.
