Strength


What is this to you?

To many it is physical.

To others it is stamina.

To others courage.

Can we all agree that we know what it is?

No?

How can this be that one of the simpler words carries so many different ideas for us all?

Maybe it is time to define it clearly for ourselves.

Why?

Because if we have strength and also believe ourselves to be strong then we are better placed to face life and the trials it brings us.

So define strength for yourself.

Try looking at it as something admirable.

Something to work towards.

Strength can be many things

In fact true strength comes from confidence, serenity, centering and allowing it to arise from within.

It comes from within us.

Look within.
