Ten days

Once a year we all need a ten day break.

A break that is preferably without mobile phone.

Ten days back to back.

Away from your routine.

Into someone else's world.

Out of yours.

Long term stress and tiredness demand this.

Once a year ten days back to back rest please.

It takes this long for your mind and body to relax and rejuvenate.

Just ten days each year.

And if you don't?

Cumulative stress over time will take it's toll

Of this you can be sure.
