Daily Practice


Those who can do so should follow this rule.

When you have dressed

And before eating.

Take ten to fifteen minutes for meditation.

If you are hungry, all the better.

For then it will be a better discipline.

If this can be done.

Then slowly but surely it will affect the whole nature.

Do not do this after eating or when you have made all easy,

But the first thing in the day.
