Funny tired

Suddenly feeling tired at odd unusual times

Not feeling like my normal self

Feeling of just wanting to lie down and sleep

For many they will assume that it is just them

Their own private tiredness

At the moment many many people we see are feeling tired at odd times, times when they do not usually feel tired

We have commented that these are not normal times for many many reasons
.
A couple are a total lack of sun spots and the reduction in the earth's magnetic field being probably two of the most important elements currently affecting us

Given that many scientists cannot agree as to how much effect the sun and magnetic field have on our climate in any shape or form it is small wonder that there is not much comment about these subjects anywhere except in scientific journals

And for all of those who feel tired does it matter what the cause is?

Maybe, maybe not, we just do not know

But in a way well yes it does because we have no idea what other effects this tiredness is having upon us

Will it last for a long period of time?

Does it effect my immune system?

Does it effect me in other ways?

Is there anything I can do?

When hit by unexplainable situations common sense is usually the best guide

In this case if you can lie down or just turn off for five or ten minutes this seems to take away the major impact of this tiredness on us
.
Takes the edge off the tired feeling

If you cannot do this then focus on what you are doing and again this seems to alleviate the feeling
.
Until you stop focusing that is, when often you feel tired again
.
Two little options for something we have no answers for
.
Not much we agree
.
Funny how precarious our lives are when all said and done
.
One little change
.
That's all it takes
.
Imagine the narrow band we humans live in
.
A narrow band of sustainable life
.
Adjust just one element for example the oxygen we breath
.
And down we go
.
Tired feeling sleepy
.
Is it that and if so why?
.
And why now are all these things happening?
