So became more conscious of your words
Make sure your own words are not weapons of hurt.
Learn to say what needs saying in a positive way without hurting.
If hurt then tell the other person.
To their face ask them did they mean to hurt?
Do not leave it to later and carry the hurt around.
Resolve hurt when it occurs whenever possible.
This helps reduce stress in our lives.
