Fear in thoughts

Invariably our fear is pushed along, exacerbated by attaching to a thought.

We let our thoughts have power by allowing them to frighten us.

Then we act on that thought and create more fear, more stress.

And so a little thought turns into a mega problem.

It can literally ruin our lives.

Look at this in a different way take the thought as a warning, a signal that something is wrong with your understanding of reality.

Challenge and check every thought that gets a grip on you.

Check that your view of reality is truely objective.

Do not let your thoughts control you.

Become the master of your thoughts.

Last night such thoughts took a gripp on me, that made me feel very serious about silence. And to be strong, become stronger and use every attack for gaining more strengths, in becoming master of it.

Takes time and will come again once in a while but with diminishing strength if you fight it.
