More on honesty

Honesty is less tiring than having to invent and remember all the lies you have told

Besides it feels better

If you have told lies and want to change then this is for you

First you make a choice that lies are out

No more lies, period.

Second say through your open heart forgive me, forgive me, forgive me, in other words three times

Do this even for situations where you think you were right, because you are the one wanting to remove this memory or thought form.

You want to break the energy locked up in this situation so you are choosing to do this unilaterally

Energy stays locked up until one or both parties release that energy.

This does not need to be said out loud the Universe hears you anyway

Do not cheat sincerely mean it

Do this for every person and event you have lied over

And yes this might take many years, just do it every time you remember lying

And after saying forgive me, forgive me, forgive, me say thank you, thank you, thank you, in other words three times as well

Say this also with sincerity

Say it because when you look back on the situation you can see why you lied

You can learn why that did not really help

You can appreciate what you are now learning by looking back on the situation

Why honesty is your choice in life

Being honest allows you to grow, to move on

Choose to be honest it might seem more difficult but believe it is not
