I wrote a blog many moons ago in which I talked about the first thought each day
In it I said capture the first thought that comes into your head as it is often helpful
More powerful even if you had fallen asleep asking a question about something important to you
.
As often the answer is in that first thought for the day

Now coming to the second thought make this one you produce yoursefl
.
Make it about something pleasant that happened to you yesterday
.
Something nice that happened
.
If you do this you start the day off feeling good, smiling even at the thought of whatever it was
.
Try it, every day
.
It sets a nicer approach to the new day in motion
